About the hike: Huron Natural Area is another lovely local forest trail gem within city limits; a Natural park with 264 acres of forest, wetlands & meadows traversed by hiking trails & a creek. The Huron loop is the main trail, with various additional loops connecting to it.  We will hike a variety of the loops within the park over the course of the month.  This is a very popular area for birding, hiking, and snowshoeing in winter.  The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime.
